TrustCasting Everywhere Terms

Oct 12, 2026 · @Zane Myers

1. What this is

These are the terms for TrustCasting Everywhere, a service of TrustCasting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TrustCasting," "we"). They apply to any firm or business that purchases the service ("you," "your firm").

By completing checkout, your firm agrees to these terms. The person completing checkout confirms that they are authorized to agree on the firm's behalf.

The Terms of Service at trustcasting.io govern use of our website. These terms govern TrustCasting Everywhere. Where the two conflict on TrustCasting Everywhere, these terms control. These terms apply to TrustCasting Everywhere only. Each other TrustCasting service has its own terms.

Questions before you sign up: support@trustcasting.io.

2. What you're buying

TrustCasting Everywhere is a monthly service. You choose a plan at one of the levels offered at checkout. Plans include multiple multicasts a month, at the price shown for that level.

A multicast is a set of content built around one question that potential clients ask AI about your practice area, published across news sites, article sites, podcast platforms, video platforms, image sites, slideshow sites and social platforms. It includes written articles, news releases, blog posts, long and short video, a podcast episode, infographics, slideshows and social posts. The exact mix of formats and the number of pieces vary by multicast.

Each month works like this:

  1. We run the TrustCasting AI Visibility Audit for your firm. The audit software examines your firm and your practice area, finds questions potential clients asked the major AI platforms in the last 30 days, and sorts them by how close the person asking is to hiring.

  2. You pick the questions you want from that list, one for each multicast in your plan. If we don't hear from you within 7 days of sending the audit, we pick from the top of the list for you, so your month isn't lost.

  3. Our writers and production platform build each multicast. Video and podcast content is presented by AI presenters. You are not filmed and you do not write anything.

  4. Before your first multicast publishes, we review its content with you on an onboarding call (Section 8). The onboarding call is required.

  5. Your first multicast is published 3 to 5 days after the onboarding call. Each later multicast is published 3 to 5 days after the monthly billing date it was paid on.

The audit runs every month, so the questions you choose from change as what people ask AI changes.

3. How billing works

Your plan is billed at signup and on the same date every month after that, to the card you provide at checkout. Each payment covers that month's multicasts. Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout.

Most plans are month to month, with no contract term and no minimum number of months. Some plans run for a set term, such as 3, 6 or 12 months, at a discounted price. For a term plan, the term, the price and the billing schedule are stated at checkout, the plan runs for its full term, and a cancellation takes effect when the term ends.

Payments are not refundable once billed, with one exception: your Local Market Area is already taken when you sign up (Section 7).

Your plan's price does not change while your plan stays active. If our prices change, the new prices apply to new plans and to any plan that is canceled and later restarted.

If a monthly payment fails, it is retried automatically on the same card. If you have a backup card on file, we charge that card. If neither goes through, we contact you. Work on that month's multicasts starts when the payment goes through. If we can't collect payment, we may end your plan, and Section 4 applies.

4. Canceling

You can cancel at any time. To cancel, email support@trustcasting.io before your next billing date, and you will not be billed again. A cancellation we receive on or after a billing date takes effect after that billed month.

Anything already billed, we still build and publish. You receive everything you have paid for.

The day you cancel, your Local Market Area becomes available to other firms in your specialty. The next firm in your specialty and city that signs up takes it.

Your access to the posting platform ends when your plan ends (Section 9).

If you come back later, you start a new plan at the prices in effect at that time.

We may also end a plan. If we do, we refund any payment for a month we have not started work on, and we tell you in writing.

5. The guarantee

If your firm is not named in more AI answers 30 days after your first multicast is published, we build and publish another multicast for you at no charge.

How it is measured:

  1. Before your first multicast, the audit counts how many AI answers name your firm. That is your starting count.

  2. 30 days after your first multicast is published, we run the audit again, the same way, and count again.

  3. We send you both audits, so you can see the results for yourself.

The audit pulls the questions people are asking AI at the time it runs, so the questions in the second count may differ from the first. We don't choose the questions. The audit does.

If the second count is not higher than the starting count, we will build and publish one additional multicast at no charge, in addition to the multicasts your plan includes. This is one additional multicast regardless of plan size. You choose its question in the same way as any other multicast.

The guarantee applies to your first multicast only, once per firm. It is not a cash refund. If you cancel before the second count, the guarantee still applies.

6. The 300 places

Each multicast is published in at least 300 places. Most multicasts reach 300 places within 24 to 48 hours of release. In some cases it can take up to 10 days. You receive a report with a link to every place it was published.

The places include news sites, article sites, podcast platforms, video platforms, image sites, slideshow sites and social platforms. The sites named on our sales page are examples of where multicasts are published. We publish through agreements with outside platforms, and those agreements change over time. So we don't promise that any multicast appears on any particular site. When a named site is not available, we publish to sites of the same type and comparable standing.

If a multicast reaches fewer than 300 places within 10 days of release, we continue publishing it, at no charge, until it does.

The outside sites decide what they keep. Over time, some may remove or move a piece. The count of 300 is taken 10 days after release.

7. Your Local Market Area

Your Local Market Area is one city: the city people name when they ask AI for a firm like yours. Long Beach is one Local Market Area. Pasadena is one. Los Angeles is one.

Each plan covers one specialty in one Local Market Area. We confirm both by email after you sign up. To add a second city or a second specialty, email support@trustcasting.io before you sign up. Each is arranged and priced separately.

While your plan is active, we will not provide TrustCasting Everywhere to any other firm in your specialty in your Local Market Area. This limits who we work with. It does not stop other firms from doing their own marketing or from appearing in AI answers. It applies to TrustCasting Everywhere only. Exclusivity for any other TrustCasting service is arranged and charged separately.

If your Local Market Area is already taken by another firm in your specialty when you sign up, we tell you and refund the full amount immediately.

Your Local Market Area is yours only while your plan is active. When your plan ends, it becomes available to the next firm in your specialty (Section 4).

8. The content

We write from the information you give us and from public information about your firm. You confirm that what you give us is accurate and that you have the right to give it to us.

Before your first multicast publishes, we prepare its content and go through it with you on a required onboarding call. We use that call to learn how you want your firm presented, and we adjust the content to your direction before it publishes.

After onboarding, we publish each multicast without a review step on your side. Each month's multicasts run to hundreds of pieces, and a review of every piece would hold up publication. We build them to the direction set at onboarding. The writing, the structure and the choice of formats are ours.

Once a piece is published on outside sites, we cannot recall it. If you find a factual error after publication, tell us and we correct it where the site allows.

If your profession has advertising rules, such as a state bar's rules for attorney advertising, following them is your responsibility. If you believe a published piece does not comply, tell us and we correct it where the site allows.

You may use every piece we create for you, for any purpose, permanently. We keep the right to publish and distribute it, to keep it published, and to show it as an example of our work.

9. Bonuses

The bonuses we offer change over time. You receive the bonuses offered on the date you sign up, at no additional charge, and they stay with your plan while it is active. The bonuses currently offered work as follows.

Profile source fix. Once, at the start of your plan, we review the 10 outside profile sites that matter most for your firm, make your firm's name, address and phone number consistent across them, and rewrite the profile content so it is easier for AI to find and use. Where you give us access to a profile, we make the changes. Where you don't, we give you the exact wording and where it goes. If you prefer, we first meet with you or your marketing team to go over what we suggest changing and why. This is done one time. Ongoing profile work is available as a separate paid service.

Posting to your social channels. If you connect your social accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok), we post the content from your multicasts to them.

Posting platform access. You receive an account on the same posting platform we use, for you and your staff to post and schedule your own content. Access lasts while your plan is active.

Bonuses have no separate cash value. Results on outside profile sites and social platforms depend on those platforms.

10. What we report

For each multicast, you receive a report with a link to every place it was published.

Each month, the audit runs again, so you can see how often AI answers name your firm and how that changes over time.

We also report the traffic we can measure: video views, activity on the social accounts you connect, and visits to your website where you give us access to your analytics.

We do not have access to your firm's calls, signed clients or revenue, and we do not report on or promise them.

11. What we don't control

AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI, Perplexity and Claude decide their own answers and change how they work without notice. Other than the guarantee in Section 5, we make no promise about whether, where or how often any AI platform names your firm.

Outside sites decide what they publish, keep and remove. If a site stops accepting content, we publish to comparable sites instead.

If an outside platform or an event beyond our reasonable control delays our work, we complete it as soon as we reasonably can.

12. Liability, law and changes

Other than what these terms state, we make no promises about results, including calls, signed clients or revenue.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to TrustCasting Everywhere is limited to the amount you paid us for TrustCasting Everywhere in the 3 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. We email you any change at least 14 days before it takes effect, and it applies from your next billing date after that. A change does not alter the price or length of a term plan already in place.

13. Half-price offer for the first 7 law firms

This section applies only to firms that sign up under the half-price offer. It stays in effect for those firms after the offer ends and this section is removed from this page.

Who it's for. The offer is limited to 7 law firms in total. When the 7th firm signs up, the offer ends, and it is removed from our website within 24 hours. It will not be extended.

The price. Your plan is billed at 50% of its regular price for 12 monthly billings from signup, at the plan level you choose at signup. Multicasts you add later are billed at the regular price. After the 12 months, your plan continues at the regular price for your level unless you cancel (Section 4).

The interview. In exchange for the half price, you agree to one on-camera interview about your experience with TrustCasting Everywhere and what happened. We schedule it with you after you have seen results. We don't script it, and we don't require you to say anything positive. You agree that we may use the interview, your firm's name and your results in our marketing.

Two finished videos. From the interview, we produce two finished videos for your firm's own use, at no charge.

When the half price ends. The half price ends early if you cancel, or if you don't complete the interview within 30 days of our request. In either case it ends at your next billing date, and your plan continues at the regular price. We don't charge you for the difference on months already billed. The half price does not return if you cancel and later sign up again.
