1. What this is
These are the terms for the TrustCasting AI Visibility Audit (the "audit"), a one-time report sold by TrustCasting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TrustCasting," "we"). They apply to the firm that purchases it ("you," "your firm").
By completing checkout, your firm agrees to these terms. The person completing checkout confirms that they are authorized to agree on the firm's behalf.
The Terms of Service at trustcasting.io govern use of our website. These terms govern the audit only. TrustCasting Everywhere and our other services have their own terms.

2. What you get
The audit is a one-time report on how AI platforms answer the questions potential clients ask about your practice area in your city. It covers:
The 34 questions people asked most about your practice area and city in the 30 days before the audit runs.
Each question checked on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI, for 170 answers in total.
Where your firm appears in those answers, and where it doesn't.
The firms that appear instead of yours.
What AI says about your firm when it names you.
The questions sorted by how close the person asking is to hiring.
A prioritized plan for which gaps to address first.
The audit includes an optional 30-minute walkthrough of your report (Section 4).
3. Who can order, and how payment works
The audit is available to partners, managing partners and owners of a firm. Someone may order on behalf of one of them. We review every order before it is filled, and we may decline any order, including orders from marketing agencies, competitors of our clients, or anyone outside those roles.
The price is $197, one time. It is not a subscription, and you will not be billed again.
At checkout, your card is authorized for $197 but not charged. We charge it after we confirm your order. If we decline an order, we release the authorization and you are not charged.
Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
4. Delivery and the walkthrough
We deliver the audit by email. Orders confirmed on a weekday usually arrive within about an hour. Orders placed in the evening or on a weekend usually arrive the next business morning. Part of each audit is prepared by hand, so times can vary.
With your audit, we send a link to book an optional 30-minute walkthrough of your report. The walkthrough covers your report: what it shows and where to start. If you want to discuss other TrustCasting services, tell us and we will book that as a separate call.
5. The money-back guarantee
If at any time within one year of your purchase you believe the audit was not worth at least 5 times what you paid, email support@trustcasting.io and ask for a refund. We refund 100% of the purchase price. We don't ask why, and you keep the audit.
The guarantee is limited to one refund per firm.
6. What the audit is and isn't
The audit records the answers AI platforms gave at the time it ran. AI platforms change their answers often and without notice, so later answers may differ.
The audit describes where your firm stands and where to start. It is not a promise of any result, including calls, clients or revenue, and it is not legal advice. Sample pages shown on our website are examples from other audits.
The audit is yours. You may use it inside your firm and share it with your partners, staff, marketing team or agency.
7. Liability, law and changes
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the audit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms. The terms in effect on the date of your order apply to that order.
